At Get Equipped we are committed to delivering each course in a way that allows participants to engage with the material, understand the content and make sessions relevant and fun.
Our trainers have real life practical experience in emergency situations with a variety of expertise, coming from different backgrounds including firefighting, nursing and teaching. Trainers come to you and tailor the course to suit your needs.
We are one of the few approved providers by the Department of Education to deliver the HLTAID011 Provide First Aid course to Government School staff. If this funding applies to you or your school, let us know and we will arrange all of the documentation and approval to equip your school.

Why we do what we do
We are passionate about fire safety and first aid and believe that these are important life skills that everyone should know – skills that can be used by anyone, anywhere.
Our goal is to deliver the best courses in Perth and we want to make them accessible to staff and student groups in schools as well as those in workplaces. We want to empower as many people as possible to create a safer community.
Meet Ben
OWNER
For over a decade, Ben has been educating high school students in Health, Physical and Outdoor Education and since 2020, he has been a Career Firefighter.
Ben delivers Fire safety and First Aid courses to organisations throughout WA, pairing his teaching and firefighting experiences to create an engaging environment - something that not all trainers can achieve! Ben relates well with participants, resulting in a fun and memorable session where content is understood and retained.
