  • I am usually not a fan of first aid training, but Ben was excellent. His teaching style kept my attention and avoided any unnecessary scaremongering. I often feel uncomfortable doing CPR demonstrations in front of a large group, but today it was done in smaller groups, which made a huge difference. At no point did I feel uncomfortable, and I actually took in the information much better. Ben was also extremely approachable, making it easy to ask questions. Overall, a really well ran session!
